Program 1: Team Training
Customized performance sessions for full teams (hockey, soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc.). Build strength, speed, and team culture together.



Program 2: Semi-Private Athlete Groups
2–5 athletes training together with personalized programs in a supportive, competitive setting.




Program 3: 1-on-1 Coaching
Individual training with a coach for rehab, sport-specific development, or elite prep.

What Kind of Teams do you Work With?
We work with sports teams from ages U12 – U18+, specifically we have worked with sports such as hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball and baseball.
Can you only Sign up as a Designated Team from a Club/Org?
No, we also offer semi-private group training for athletes with similar sports specific goals
How does Pricing Work?
Packages are based on the length of your program and the number of players participating; we require a minimum 10 session commitment from each team. To learn more about pricing for your team, contact us for a quote!
