This program is built for hockey and delivered by expert coaches who specialize in athlete development.

Open Groups: 5:00pm – 6:00pm/ 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Elite Group (AA-AAA+): 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Options: 2–3 session per week
1 hour sessions at The Exercise Lab.
The Spring Program is designed to kick off your off-season with purpose by rebuilding athleticism, establishing movement foundations, and setting the physical baseline heading into the summer.
June 29 – August 21, 2026
Monday – Friday
Options: 3-5 days per week
On-ice: 1 hour sessions at NTR Newmarket
Off-ice: 1 to 1.5 hour sessions at The Exercise Lab
The Summer Program is the cornerstone of off-
season training designed to take everything built in the Spring and turn it into a faster, stronger, and more explosive athlete.
Note: Specific session times will be assigned to each
group and communicated to all registered athletes as
soon as the full schedule is confirmed.
Small Groups, Real Attention Groups capped at 8–10 athletes maximum so every player receives individualized coaching every session.
Strength & Conditioning That Translates On Ice We build the physical qualities that directly impact your game: explosive power, first-step quickness, speed and agility, and the conditioning to perform every shift.
Age & Level Appropriate Athletes are grouped by their 2026/2027 division and level across Developmental and Elite streams.
Nutrition Education Included Athletes learn how to fuel properly for performance, recovery, and long-term development.
Expert Coaches Our coaches are trained professionals who stay current with the latest evidence-based approaches to make sure your athlete is getting the best possible development.
Professional Player Mentorship Current and former NHL and PWHL players join our program to share their stories, answer your questions, and give athletes a direct look at what the path to the top really looks like.
As a former professional hockey defenceman with 7 years of play across Europe and North America, Jason brings 25+ years of teaching and coaching experience to every session.
A NCAA Kent State graduate, he has coached at every level — GTHL, OWHA, and Hockey Canada High Performance — and has served as a skills evaluator for USA Hockey’s U18 Women’s NationalTeam and the Cowichan Valley BCHL ID Camp.
His international playing background gives him a rare ability to develop players across all systems and styles.
Steve works alongside the NHL Scouts who evaluate the best prospects in the world and brings that same elite eye for talent to your development.
His coaching resume speaks for itself: as coach of the 2003 Toronto Marlboros Minor Midget AAA program, he helped develop 13 OHL Draft picks and 7 NHL Draft selections, including Wyatt Johnston, Ethan Del Mastro, and Danny Zhilkin.
With 10+ years as a Lead Instructor with All-Star Hockey and joining the YSE U13 AAA coaching staff for 2026–27, Steve knows exactly what it takes to get to the next level.
