As a former NCAA Division 1 athlete and member of the Colombian National Team, I've experienced the discipline and mindset required to compete at the highest level. Now, as co-owner of The Exercise Lab, I bring that same passion to developing the next generation of athletes.

I work with youth and high-performance athletes across all sports — from grassroots to elite university and national team levels — helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence. My mission is to push athletes beyond their limits, guiding them to realize their potential both physically and mentally through intentional, high-performance training.

I help my clients find the right type of movements for them depending on their goals, age, and activity level — ultimately leading them to become stronger and more successful in their lives.

Food feeds your movement — what you put into your body will determine your success. I love to educate clients on consuming whole foods that make them thrive and feel their best! My interest in training started while working in marketing with the Sarnia Sting in the OHL.
