Every new client begins with a complimentary 1-hour consultation. During this time, we’ll learn about your training background, health history, and most importantly—what you’re hoping to achieve.

After the conversation, we’ll take you onto the training floor for a personalized movement screening. This assessment is tailored to your unique goals and physical history, giving us the insight we need to build a safe, effective program designed specifically for you.
