The Exercise Lab is an 8,000 sq/ft private training facility

Our space is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art fitness and strength training equipment, carefully selected and continuously upgraded to meet the evolving needs of our clients. 

Whether you’re focused on performance, recovery, or general fitness, we have the tools and expertise to support your progress. In addition to our spacious training floor, we offer fully equipped locker rooms with showers and secure storage for both men and women.

Our Founders

The Exercise Lab was founded by Ruben and Lia de Baat—a husband-and-wife team driven by purpose & passion. What started as a shared love for health, performance, and helping others has evolved into a mission to raise the standard of personal training in their community.

Together, Ruben and Lia have built more than a gym—they’ve created a space where clients feel seen, supported, and challenged to become their best. Their vision is grounded in science, fueled by experience, and guided by a belief that progress should always be personal. While their leadership drives the vision, they credit much of The Exercise Lab’s success to their exceptional team—professionals who bring the same care, curiosity, and commitment to every client interaction.
